The swimming pool

The 110 m2 pool occupies an elevated position with panoramic views across Ibiza’s sun-drenched northern countryside. The limestone terrace is also home to a small children’s pool, open-air showers and a fleet of Talenti sun loungers shaded by Tuuci parasols. A large outdoor dining pergola with Ofyr barbecue is surrounded by lush vegetation, while the lounge-style pool bar is perfect for entertaining. A smart indoor shower and changing suite are found directly below the pool.
Open plan living and dining
The luminous all-season central salon – defined by double-height ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and traditional sabina beams - is the hub of Fincadelica, with cosy velvet Arflex sofas and lamp-lit mid-century lounge chairs. A vast wooden table seats 18 for lazy family breakfasts, intimate dinner parties and elegant cool-season dining.
The Cave

This decadent, soundproofed space is furnished with a curved DJ booth, pro-audio D&B speakers, full-sized bar with vintage Willy Rizzo drinks cabinet and exotic tribal statuary. The room works equally well for movie nights and screenings, when guests can curl up in the sheepskin-clad chillout alcoves, as well as for ceremonies, workshops and intimate gatherings whatever the season.
Outdoor living and dining

Fincadelica’s outdoor living spaces have been designed to flow seamlessly from day to night, in tune with the rhythm of the island. A spectacular multi-level pergola – with an ancient stone mill at its heart - sits just steps from the finca’s grand main entrance and includes countless options for relaxing, dining and hosting. A fully serviced marble-topped bar faces a sprawling Roche Bobois chillout area with a dedicated backgammon nook. Transparent shutters transform this area into a cocooning all-season retreat. On the lower level is a 16-seater dining table with a rustic stone pizza oven and classic Josper grill. The cosy sunken garden has an Ofyr barbecue and a convivial firepit, perfect for live music and late-night entertaining. The pergola is surrounded by fragrant native herbs, wild roses and bougainvillea.
The wellness suite
Ibiza has a reputation as a hub of modern healing and the island is home to some of the planet’s finest therapists. Located in the base of the magnificent old tower, Fincadelica’s deeply relaxing double wellness suite is a cocooning sanctuary where your host can arrange massage, acupuncture, reiki, reflexology, somatic healing, human design readings, cranio-sacral therapy, facials, along with beauty treatments such as hair and nails. There is a dedicated shower and changing area, while - just outside - the chillout garden is the ideal place to enjoy al fresco treatments, crystal therapy and sound healing sessions.
The children’s zone
Family life is at the heart of Fincadelica and our dedicated children’s adventure zone is peaceful, playful, gated refuge for the littlest of our guests. Children will find a wooden treehouse, miniature tipi and balance beams, along with a grassy football meadow and a Noah’s Ark.
The biodynamic garden
Fincadelica’s immense, fertile glasshouses provide much of the property’s fresh produce. Honouring biodynamic permaculture practices and avoiding the use of chemicals ensures that Fincadelica retains a holistic, organic and ethical approach to farming, food and nutrition.

Elevated above the pool area, the sunset platform has extraordinary 360-degree views across the San Lorenzo valley. This smart wooden deck is a magical location for yoga and wellness classes at any time of day. With its fully stocked bar, lighting and DJ equipment, it is also the perfect place to host intimate al-fresco gatherings and smaller parties.
